Prior to commencing work, our team members visit the site and inspect the designated areas in order to provide you with the best service. We plan well ahead in order to determine the appropriate commercial grade de-icing, salting, and other melting agents to use for your specific areas. After snow plowing and removal, many areas, both commercial can be slippery from wet snow and ice.
Hence, we carefully apply salt and other melting agents to ensure your comfort and safety. A+ Lawn Care’s snow removal team offers salting for commercial areas such as parking lots, gas station, shipping and receiving plant, movie theater, industrial lot, office building, or homeowners association (HOA). Our facility is well stocked with several hundred tons of salt for immediate application.
Depending on the property we also offer liquid brine treatments, which is applied to pre-treat before a storm. Liquid brine is a high concentration of salt in water, which prevents ice from sticking onto paved surfaces which helps prevent ice and jump starts the melting process. We often use liquid brine to pre-treat 24/7 facilities with a lot of traffic, as well as properties with steep inclines (i.e. HOA underground parking ramps). Applying liquid brine before a storm can also help our customers save money with less salt after a snow or storm event.

During the winter season, large amounts of snow can accumulate, preventing easy access to entryways, driveways, walkways, parking lots, and other areas. Hence, snow relocation is as important a service.
Depending upon your location, we may relocate snow to designated areas that you have clearly marked. In commercial areas, snow can be relocated to one part of the parking lot or extremities chosen before commencing work. In every situation, A+ Lawn Care’s snow removal team makes every effort to ensure your safety, and relocates snow to areas without inhibiting the flow of traffic. We can also haul away snow off the property for larger snow storms if needed.

We have special sidewalk equipment to properly and efficiently remove snow off sidewalks, which is much faster than using a traditional snowblower or shoveling. We do have snowblowers and shovels for smaller areas, such as front steps and will hand-throw salt in smaller areas. Even though we have a fleet of snowplows, we also have hands ready to shovel when needed.
