Lawn Mowing and Lawn Care
A+ Lawn Care mows lawns every week of the growing season for homes and businesses around DeForest, Windsor, Waunakee and Sun Prairie. The season typically runs from mid-April to the end of October, about 30 mowings, and each visit leaves your lawn at an even, healthy height with the clippings blown back into the grass.
Weekly Mowing
Each visit includes:
Mowing and trimming, to an even height suited to the type of grass and the season
Blowing clippings off driveways, walks and beds, back into the lawn
Mechanical edging along beds and sidewalks can be added for a cleaner line. Lawn service can be paid monthly over the seven months of the season, April through October, on a one-year or three-year contract.
Aeration and Overseeding
A lawn that is thin, worn or compacted can be helped with aeration, overseeding, or both. Aeration opens the soil to let in oxygen and help the lawn take in nutrients, so the roots can grow deeper and the turf becomes more stable. Overseeding adds new seed that thickens the turf, fills in bare spots and helps keep weeds from sprouting.
